Peugeot 508 Hybrid Heads To Geneva With 400hp Under The Hood

Peugeot is putting their attention on performance once more with the next Peugeot EV coming with tons of power to offer.

The new Peugeot 508 Hybrid model will be shown off at the Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle will be based on the 508 sedan model which already looks pretty amazing as it is now.

Under the hood is probably the 1.6 liter four cylinder turbo engine that will be offering about 200hp. The engine will be mated to a 200hp electric motor which will give the vehicle a combined power of 400hp. All these power will allow the vehicle to go from 0 – 62mph in 4.3 seconds with a top speed of 155mph.

Running on the electric motor only, you will be able to get about 31miles from the engine. While they did make some important changes to the engine, the vehicle will look pretty much the same on the outside with only a few small changes overall. The same can be said for the interior with only a few material upgrades.
