Renault Alaskan Cleans Up For Europe

Now that the Renault Alaskan has been in Europe for a few years now which is time for it to get an update. So what can we expect?

The updated model will come with a five-link rear suspension that will help reduce the vibration of the vehicle but in return, the vehicle will now be a little heavier compared to the previous model. Other upgrades include the rear disk brakes and Automatic Emergency Braking system.

Under the hood is still the 2.3-liter twin turbo diesel engine that will be offering a158hp or 187hp depending on what you get. What’s changed is that it now using the latest pollution-control technologies. Then engines will be offered with a six-speed manual and optional seven-speed automatic transmission.

On the inside is the new Renault infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Cayplay support along with safety features like Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control and more.

On the outside, the biggest change would be the larger 17inch alloys but the rest will remain the same.
