Renault Twingo: What’s New?

The Renault Twingo was released in 2014 and now it is time to for it to get some much needed update. Since this is just a mid-cycle makeover, the changes will not be that drastic but it is still enough to make it clear that this is an updated model.

On the outside, the vehicle will be getting a new front bumper with a smaller lower grille, side air inlets, refreshed headlights with C-shape LED DRLs, new graphic for the main grille. The rear bumper design were also refreshed and it will now be fitted witha handle on the tailfate.

Customers can also choose from two new colors now including the Mango Yellow and Quartx White. Under the hood is a new SCe 75 engien which is a 1.0 liter naturally aspirated three cylinder engine that delivers about 74hp and 70lb ft of torque that is mated to a five speed manual transmission. There will also be a few more engine options.

On the isnide, the Twingo will get other new features like USB ports, jack plug, adjustable holder, R&Go and Easy Link as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
