Tesla Model 3 Ahead Of Schedule This Time

By  |

It seems like every Tesla models will also arrive later than promised but this time, Tesla is actually delivering the Tesla Model 3 to their Chinese customers earlier than promised.

Tesla is looking to revive their sales after the Sino-US trade tension. Besides lowering the price to make it more affordable in China, they have also started delivering this month instead of March as they had promised in the past. Customers that had placed their orders before the end of 2018 will get their vehicles first while those that placed their orders this year will have to wait until the end of March to get their new Tesla Model 3.

Tesla is hoping that by delivering the Tesla Model 3 earlier, they would be able to stop Jaguar, Audi, and Mercedes from luring away their customers with their own electric vehicles.

While things seem to be going fine in China, it is not so bright and rosy here in the US as Consumer Reports has just withdrawn their endorsement for the Tesla Model 3 for the second time. The first time was due to the braking issue and now it is because of the low-reliability score in their latest survey.
