Tesla Model 3 Mid-Ranger No Longer An Option

By  |

Now that Tesla is finally ready to sell the base Tesla Model 3 model, it looks like Tesla wants to tidy up their lineup now by removing some of the options.

According to the latest reports, Tesla has removed the Mid Range battery option which means there is now the Standard Range, Standard Range Plus and the Long Range option.

While Tesla did not explain why they wanted to remove the Mid Range model some poeple have speculated that the Mid Range model was added to the lineup to allow those that have pre-ordered to take advantage of the full EV tax credit without having to play for the more expensive Long Range model but since the base model is now here, there is really no use for the Mid-Range model any more.

Will you be missing the Mid-Range model or do you think Tesla did the right thing?
