This Chevrolet Camaro Gives Stretch A Whole New Meaning

By  |

Wagons and shooting brakes are really beautiful vehicles but this is only if the designer manages to execute his visualization perfectly. In the Chevrolet Camaro’s case, perhaps it is best not to have a shooting brake variant because it will completely ruin its appearance.

The picture above is enough to kill our hopes for a shooting brake version of the Camaro due to it being really uneasy to our eyes. The Camaro designed by Rain Prisk is just difficult for us to glance at and it is possibly because of the awkward proportions.

Try this. Put your hand on the screen to cover the front half or the rear half of the Camaro above. What’s left of the photo teases on a good looking Camaro. If you remove your hand, the concept render will evolve to look weir.

We would say that the Camaro above is overstretched and this has damaged its good looking original profile. But of course, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder so we can’t speak for everyon here.

Picture this with wood sides and a surf board on the roof….plus a 6.2 litre V8…. It would be the original California woody.
    Works for me.
