To make that happen, Volkswagen will be investing about $12.5 billion into electrification and autonomous tech by 2023 with $10 billion of that being used for their electric vehicles.

Volkswagen will be starting things off with their I.D models starting with the hatchback model which will then be followed by the Crozz, Buzz Cargo Electric Van and the Vizzion which would be coming in to compete with models like the Tesla Model S.

VolkswagenI.D hatchback will also be coming to take on the Tesla Model 3 but there is not a whole lot of details about the upcoming vehicle right now.
