Volkswagen Wants To Put Diesel Scandal Behind Them

It was a huge wake-up call for Volkswagen when the Dieselgate scandal broke the news but the automakers want to move forward with the issue and they have released a new video to mark it.

Called “Hello Light”, the new commercial will signal the brand’s new direction which is to focus more on electric vehicles. This is probably the first of many more advertising to show that Volkswagen wants to step out of the darkness and into the light now.

In the video, they talked about the Dieselgate and how the team has been trying to come out with new ideas from the old Volkswagen bus to the new ID. Buzz model. At the end of the vehicle, the automaker also showed off their new logo which has the same components but with a slightly updated display. The pass design was more 3D while the new design is a 2D flat design.
