The last new map that was added to the Battlefield 5 game was back in July and now it looks like the developer is ready for another new map.
According to the announcement made on Twitter, the next map that Battlefield 5 players will be getting is Operation Underground. This will be similar to the Operation Metro that the previous game had where things are quite tight and windy.
As the name would suggest, players will be running through the subway tunnel to get to the German City. This map will be available in Conquest, Breakthrough, Squad Conquest and Team Deathmatch and will be released on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One on the same day which is on the 3rd of October.
While the developer continues to add more features to the game, they are also evaluating what is needed and not needed in the game. It was announced that the 5v5 mode has been canceled as the developer wants to focus on offering things that the fans will enjoy.
