Forza Motorsport 7 To Finally Ditch MTX Ways!

Microtransactions are tolerable by the vast majority of gamers worldwide but this is only if the implementation of MTX in video games does not have any effect on the primary gameplay experience.

The unfortunate bit here is that Forza Motorsport 7 has leaned too heavily towards MTX and this has left the players in a state of frustration. We chose the term frustration because of the way crates are offered in the game. Unlike how MTX works in other major titles, Forza Motorsport 7 does not involve real-world money for in-game rewards.

The good news here is that Microsoft has heard the loud critics and they are now working towards removing the loot box feature on Forza Motorsport 7. An update will be rolled out to the game in the coming month and it will remove the crates entirely.

Personally, we can’t be happier about it because Forza Motorsport 7 isn’t that amazing to begin with. The experience it has to offer is equal to For a Motorsport 6 and having loot boxes around has tilted the scales towards the negative end.
