Halo Wars 2 Takes Away PC’s Crossplay Advantage

By  |

A keyboard and mouse work a lot better than controllers when it comes to shooter video games and we expect the majority of gamers to agree with this.

We raised this point because Halo Wars 2 is now available with crossplay function and those on the PC are having a blast beating players on the Xbox One that are stuck with a controller.

Upon hearing the complaints, the developers have released an update to Halo Wars 2 that will pair players on keyboard and mouse with players on keyboard and mouse.

The move is an initiative that is rooted to the keyboard and mouse support on the Xbox One – something that was added to the console very recently ago.

So if you’re on Halo Wars 2 PC and have been trashing players on the Xbox One, you should anticipate a stronger competition ahead.

It’s not exactly hard to get a mouse and keyboard working with an Xbox…

Sometimes PC players use controllers too…

Yeah, I’m not getting it on this one. /shrug
