It looks like Apple is looking to dip its toes into the VR and AR waters as new reports suggest that the company is working on a new headset.
According to Bloomberg, Apple could be working on a headset that combines both VR and AR in 2021 or 2022 and that the headset will focus mainly on games.
It was also added that Apple already has 1000 engineers working on the projects that include game developers and graphics experts along with engineers and executives from previous Apple projects.
Besides working on a new headset, there were also talks about the tech company working on a new iPad which will be released in 2020. It is believed that the new iPad would come with two camera sensors this time around with 3D Modeling capabilities.
Of course, Apple has not mentioned any of this yet so don’t keep your hopes up high.
