Huawei MediaPad M6 Needs Paper To Hold Its Ground!

By  |

The stale-state of the Android tablet scene has left Apple grabbing all the glory through the iPads but that wasn’t quite the case last year. In 2017, Huawei injected new life into the dead tablet market through launching the M5 and many are pleased with the slate.

The M5 came out with an attractive design and all the functions of a smartphone wrapped in an upsized fashion. While benchmark tests may have proved that the M5 is still behind the iPad in performance, they still credit the tablet for having more features to offer.

The success, while not by an outstanding margin, of the M5 has aspired major Android OEMs to pay the tablet market a revisit and among them is Samsung. The South Korean tech giant had just patented a large tablet with foldable display capabilities and we can expect to see a product of it later this year.

It is pretty obvious that Huawei will take it as a warning sign ahead of the release of the Mediapad M6 hence they will need to work on a similar foldable feature to stay ahead of the game.
