Huawei MediaPad M6 Promises Android Tablet Takeover!

If there’s one thing which the tech scene is missing out on, it is a powerful Android tablet that is capable of giving the Apple iPad Mini a fierce fight. The Android tablet scene has been very quiet in the past couple of years and this has given the iPad Mini a free pass in sales.

But all is not lost for Android as last year saw Huawei taking initiative by launching the MediaPad M5. The M5 came out running on the powerful R6 chipset and it is rated to be better than the iPad Mini. The only setback is that not many are aware of the M5’s existence hence a lot of work is required to put the limelight on future tablets.

This year, Huawei is expected to bring out the MediaPad M6 and rumours are claiming that the slate will mimic the hardware setup of this year’s flagship. This means that the Snapdragon 845 will be slotted inside the casing with plenty of RAM to offer.

The M6 can pretty much be described as a flagship smartphone in the size of tablet but it will have some extra exclusives that will boost productivity.

If Huawei can fulfil this expectation while also nailing on the marketing side of things, we don’t see why the M6 can’t give the iPad a fight while also reign champion in the Android tablet scene.
