Moto G4 Plus Shows Why You Should Forget Moto G6!

By  |

If you have been scouring the internet for recommendations on a good sub-$300 phone, you must have heard plenty about the all-new Motorola Moto G6. The Moto G6 is a feature-packed phone that promises to offer great value but we wouldn’t encourage you to get the device.

Aside from the fact that you can obtain a more powerful phone for the same money through names like Xiaomi and Nokia, the Moto G6 is unlikely to get good software support and this can leave you feeling outdated in a short period of time.

The evidence is clear on the G4 Plus – a 2016 bestseller that has been deprived of the Android Oreo update. What’s worst about it is that the G4 Plus was still an actively supported phone when Oreo got released hence it is entitled for the firmware upgrade.

If this is to signal anything, the G6 won’t get good support from Lenovo and you shouldn’t even consider the phone if software updates are influential in your phone-purchasing decision.
