Nintendo Switch Was Not Push Aside

This week might seem like the week for the Nintendo Switch Lite as Nintendo officially announces it but they also had something to offer on their original Nintendo Switch console as well.

According to The Verge, the original Nintendo Switch will also be getting some update as it was reported that Nintendo filed a Class II Permission Change request with FCC so that they can make some changes to the Switch.

The filing suggests that Nintendo might be looking to swap the chip in the console along with the NAND memory type and CPU board. There is no detail on what they will be used to replace those parts so it is hard to decide if the update is going to be major or not.

As for the Nintendo Switch Lite, the new handheld will be released on the20th of September. While it might be missing some important Switch features, we are sure people will be scrambling to get themselves one as well.
