Nokia 7 Plus Gets Android Pie Update But With A Catch…

By  |

For a large portion of smartphone users, after-sales software support is really important as they prefer operating on a phone with the latest features and offering.

This is where Nokia is scoring big at the moment as they have been very quick in offering a firmware upgrade on their devices. Take the Nokia 7 Plus as an example. Just yesterday, the phone received the Android Pie upgrade and it was greeted by cheers from every user outside of the US.

But then again, the firmware update is not the real deal due to the beta format of the firmware. It was then when we learned that HMD Global will release anything to be transparent in the eyes of its users hence they have decided to launch Android Pie in beta form for those that can’t wait.

In doing so, it shows that Android Pie for the Nokia 7 Plus is nearing its soak test and the official release is likely to happen before September ends.
