We never would have imagined that we would see Razer’s name in the auto industry but it looks like the tech company has managed to wiggle their way in through a Chinese electric car company called Leap Motor.

According to Windows Central, Razer will offer their Chroma lighting tech to future Leap Motor vehicles. Chroma lighting is used in most Razer products most commonly seen on their keyboard that has multiple color lights.

The announcement was made by Min-Liang Tan, Razer’s Chief Executive on Twitter. It was later reported that the lights will only be applied to the interior of the Leap Motor vehicles and not the exterior. Lea Motor is a pretty new company. We got a preview of their first production model the LP-S01 in 2017. The vehicle was fitted with one electric motor that offers about 170hp and 184lb ft of torque which allowed the vehicles to go from 0-62mph in 6.9 seconds and has a range of 223 mile
