Samsung Galaxy A80 Finds Another Way To Work Around Notch

By  |

It seems like a lot of smartphone manufacturer are trying their best to avoid having to have a notch on their display. From pin holes to sliding cameras but Samsung has found another interesting way to fit their sensors and camera.

Instead of the notch, Samsung will be giving their Galaxy A80 a rotating camera on the top. The rotating part will fit three cameras. A 48MP f/2.0 camera, an 8MP camera, and a 3D depth sensor.

The device itself will be sporting a 6.7 inch 1080 x 2400 super AMOLED display that will be fitted with the new Snapdragon 730G processor and 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Powering it is a 3700mAh battery.

The new Samsung Galaxy A80 will be released on the 29th of May. No price has been released yet. Do you think we will be seeing more of this rotating camera from Samsung?
