2022 Ford Ranger Raptor: New Fascia For Flying Beast

The 2022 Ford Ranger Raptor is expected to be revealed very soon, with spy shots of the much awaited mini-Raptor already surfacing as it is doing its testing around Australia.

There have been countless renders that have surfaced based on the camouflage Ford Raptor test mule caught in the open. We already can assume the twin-turbo 3.0 litre V6 is confirmed, a slight upgrade over the 2.0 bi-turbo currently being offered around ASEAN market.

Based on the renders seen to date, it appears the Ford Ranger Raptor will likely go for a more beefier design inline with the Ford F-150 Raptor. A more boxy, aggressive front is expected over the current somewhat sloping and curvy front-end.

Apart from this, new rims are expected and also some upgrades connected to this such to allow for “jump mode” with stronger suspension braces, helping to soften the impact on your arse during landing if you plan to take this 2-ton truck into the sky.

While the same body is expected to be carried over from the 2019 version, the LED lighting is expected to be extensively changed.

More on this is expected to come later this year.
