Skoda Octavia fans were hoping to get a glimpse of the next-gen Skoda Octavia at the Frankfurt Motor Show this year but that did not happen as Skoda choose to show off other models at the event but it will eventually be Octavia’s turn to take the stage.
According to AutoBild.es, the 2020 Skoda Octavia will be unveiled on the 11th of November. Since we did not hear this from Skoda, it is hard to decide if this information is reliable or not but Skoda did say that we will be seeing it before 2019 ends.
The Octavia will be coming in to sit in-between the Scala and Superb and will come riding on the MQB platform, the same platform that the Golf Mk8 will be riding on.
The platform could mean some hybrid options but we will have to wait and see.
