Tesla Users Do Not Know What To Make Of New Smart Summon

Last week, Tesla announce that they will be adding the Smart Summon feature to their Tesla models. In case you do not know, the Smart Summon feature will allow Tesla owners to call the car to them from a parking lot.

Well, that feature has been added to the vehicle now and those with the Enhanced Autopilot or Full Self-Driving option will get to try it out. According to Tesla, the owner will need to be at least 200 feet and that they should have a clear line-of-sight of the path that the vehicle will be taking.

Some owners have started posting videos of them testing it out and not all of them came out of the experience without any damage with one user posting an image of the dent on his vehicle. Of course, there was a lot of success story as well.

It is important to note that this is not a brand new feature as Tesla have already been offering their Enhanced Summon earlier this year but that only had a 150-foot range so this is an upgrade from that.
