To celebrate the holidays, Battlefield 5 developer will be adding on a new map to the game. The fans have been asking for the Wake Island map for the longest time now and it will now be coming to the latest Battlefield game as part of the Tides of War update.
The map was first added to the franchise when the Battlefield 1942 was released and has since been released on a few games. The Battlefield 5 version will come with updated graphics and new features. The map will also be made available on the Breakthrough and Conquest Assault modes.
For the Breakthrough mode, attackers will start things off with tanks for building fortification should be the player’s main priority from the start.
The Tides of War update will be arriving on the 12th of December with the new Wake Island map.
